ETIFLEX Self-adhesive

Rotary machine for self-adhesive labels

Container plates by means of servo motor, consecutive turn cam or oil bath.
Oval containers, flat surfaces, cylindrical, truncated cone and shaped containers in general.
Up to five labelling heads.
Possibility of container orientation, either mechanical or electronic.
Output up to 25,000 containers/hour, according to model and format.
Label and/or printing verification and rejection area.

HM–Holt Melt

Rotary machine for pre-cut labels with Hot Melt

Container platform turning system by jagged pulleys or motorised.
Containers with flat surfaces and/or cylindrical.
Pre-cut paper or OPP labels with Hot Melt application with wraparound or partial wraparound label, according to the format.
Possibility of container orientation, either mechanical or electronic.
Hot Melt technology for saving adhesive by means of a spiral spray system.
Output up to 30,000 containers/hour, according to model and format.

Rotary machine for pre-cut labels with cold glue

Turning system by cam in oil bath or motorised.
Oval containers, flat surfaces, cylindrical, truncated cone and shaped containers in general.
Possibility of container orientation, either mechanical or electronic.
Label application technology by cold glue.
Pre-cut paper label.
Output up to 30,000 containers/hour, according to model and format.
